Skippy Penrod

Penrod, Skippy, of St. Charles, Missouri, died on Thursday, July 1, 2010 at the age of 69. Beloved wife of the late Charles W. Penrod; dear daughter of the late Joseph Clinton and Virginia Marie Turnbaugh; loving mother of Joseph "Rusty" (Mary) Penrod and Lisa (Phil) Kaiser; cherished grandmother of Senior Airman Megan Kaiser, Cadet Brandon Telken, Taylor Telken, Sydney Kaiser and Charlene Penrod. She was employed as an Executive Administrator at AT&T for 20 years before her retirement. She was a graduate of SEMO and previously taught English at Lindbergh High School. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
