Sibyl F. Struttman, of St. Charles, Missouri, died on Friday, April 20, 2012 at the age of 91. Loving wife of Norbert A. Struttman; dear daughter of the late Leslie A. and Bertha N. Frazier; devoted mother of Michael A. (Lara) Struttman and Donna A. Bebermeyer; cherished grandmother of Katie Struttman and Molly (David) Crenshaw; dear sister of the late John W. Frazier and the late Fran Krasner. Memorials may be made to First United Methodist Church.
