Shirley Ann Wilkins

Shirley Ann Wilkins (nee Strassner), of Saint Peters, MO, passed away Thursday, May 7, 2026, at the age of 86. Cherished daughter of the late Harry and Estelle (nee Zieger) Strassner; devoted mother of Angela (Thomas) Bassett and Tom Wilkins; loving grandmother of Savannah Bassett and Alex Bassett; dear sister of Carlene Ketterer and Leonard Strassner. In addition to her parents, Shirley is preceded in death by her brother, Jacob Strassner, and her sister, Sandy Petrusaitis.

Shirley enjoyed quilting, playing tennis, and listening to music; hobbies that brought her great joy throughout her life. Above all else, she deeply cherished her children and grandchildren, who meant the world to her. Her kindness, warmth, and loving spirit touched everyone who had the privilege of knowing her. Shirley was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all whose lives she touched.
