Shirley Ann Oppeau

Shirley Ann Oppeau, of Saint Peters, MO, passed away Saturday, January 17, 2026, at the age of 81. Cherished daughter of the late Prather and Josephine Bynum; loving mother of Michael (Karin) Oppeau, Nicholas Oppeau, Mark (Trish) Oppeau, Nathan Oppeau, and Justin Oppeau; loving grandmother of Tyler Oppeau, Samantha Oppeau, Landon Oppeau, Parker Oppeau, Colton Oppeau, the late Joseph and Mason Oppeau; dear sister of Dianna "Dee" Walker; loved by her furry companion Roo, and many other dogs and cats.

Shirley was a devoted mother, grandmother, and friend who made everyone feel like family. She deeply loved her grandchildren and was a guiding presence to many in her neighborhood. Strong in her faith, Shirley was devoted to her church, All Saints, and we find comfort in knowing she is now in Heaven, dancing with joy and watching over her beloved grandsons. She had a passion for music, from Motown to heavy metal, attending concerts regularly. She enjoyed movies, Monster Jam, and drag racing, and was especially fond of her dogs and cats. Shirley was deeply loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Memorials may be made in Shirley's name to All Saints Catholic Parish and Five Acres Animal Shelter.
