Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society. Mrs. Moore is survived by her four children: Margie Laurent (Bob), Tony Gierer (Andra), Sharon Puckett (Don), Michelle Haggard (Ronnie); her sister, Charlotte Goellner (Joseph Sr.); nine grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Luther Thomas Moore.
