Shirley Jean Kelley

Kelley, Shirley Jean (nee: Lawson) of St. Charles, MO, died on Wednesday, February 17, 2016, at the age of 77. Loving wife of the late Robert Otis Kelley; beloved daughter of the late Frank and Minnie Lawson; devoted mother of Pamela Payne and Kimbrela (Jeff) Sahs; cherished grandmother of Jeanna Lopez, Justin (Victoria) Payne, Jonathon Payne, and Sean Sahs; treasured great-grandmother of Serenity Payne, Olivia Payne, and William Payne; dear sister of Frances (Steve) McCarter and Vernia (Michael) Beck; and also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. She is preceded in death by her sister Ruby Welliver.

Shirley worked for MEMC Electronics, Inc. and was a member of First Church of God, St. Peters.
