Blanchard, Shirley J. (nee: Loeffler), of Warrenton, Missouri, died on Thursday, June 30, 2011 at the age of 53. Dear daughter of Florence and the late Frank Loeffler. Wife of Tony Blanchard; devoted mother of Jason (Stacey) O'Neal, Jenny (Bob) Orzel, and Christopher (Kristen Miller) O'Neal; dear step-mother of Ammie Norvell, David Besancenez, Anthony Besancenez, and Sara Besancenez; cherished grandmother of 6 and step-grandmother of 5; and dear sister of Wayne, Carl, Lester, and Joan.
