Shirley Rose Branco (nee Shirley Rose Seim), of Bridgeton, MO, passed away Thursday, July 2, 2026, at the age of 91. Cherished daughter of the late Clarence William and Vivian Irene Seim; devoted mother of David (Marsha) Branco and Stephen (Cassandra) Branco; loving grandmother of Erin Branco, Marshall Branco, Adrienne (Kyle) Conoyer, Eric (Caitlin) Pitts, Jocelyn Branco, Daniel (Tori) Branco, Bryan Branco, Benjamin (Amanda) Branco, and Carrie (Nick) Geier; treasured great grandmother of Peyton, Desmond, Melody, Flora, Rosemary, Carson, and Connor; dear sister of Jean Rodgers and the late William Seim; aunt to many nieces and nephews.
Shirley worked in a test kitchen as a recipe tester for Betty Crocker. Her photo was seen in Better Homes & Gardens magazines. She loved yarn crafts, camping, hiking, RV trips, canoeing, and gardening. Shirley enjoyed maintaining her personal fitness and nutrition, she would swim and stay active at the YMCA regularly. Shirley was faithful and loyal to her beliefs and family, having been very active in the church throughout her life. Shirley was, first and foremost, always there to love and support her family in every way she could. She eventually found community at the Faith United Methodist Church. Shirley was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Shirley's name to Faith United Methodist Church.
