Sherree Jean Talbert (nee Dames), of O Fallon, MO, passed away Wednesday, June 25, 2025, at the age of 63. Beloved wife of Julius Avery Talbert; cherished daughter of Eugene and Rosemary H. Dames; devoted mother of Kyle (Adrienne) Conoyer, Julia (Isaac Thorn) Talbert, Jim Talbert; loving grandmother of Rosemary Conoyer; dear sister of Jack Dames, Nancy (Mike) Scary, and Joellen (the late David) Majewski; dear sister-in-law to Dan Talbert and Kim Ford; cherished daughter-in-law to Diane Talbert; loving aunt, great-aunt, great-great aunt, cousin, and friend. Preceded in death by her son, Steve Conoyer.
Sherree was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. Known for her kindness, warmth, and gentle spirit, Sherree lived a life grounded in love, simplicity, and joy.
Sherree had a passion for baking and took great pleasure in sharing her creations with those around her. She also had a love for travel, and her trips brought her lasting memories and great happiness. Whether exploring new places or simply enjoying time with loved ones, Sherree approached life with a sense of wonder and gratitude.
A devoted mother and grandmother, Sherree cherished her family above all else. Becoming a grandmother brought a special kind of joy into her life; one filled with laughter, playfulness, and the magic of seeing the world through a child’s eyes.
Julius and Sherree married in 2002, and together, they shared many beautiful years filled with love, laughter, and cherished memories. She was dearly loved and will be deeply missed by all whose lives she touched.
