Sheila Anne Williams

Sheila Anne Williams (nee Webb), of Elsberry, MO, passed away Thursday, October 30, 2025 at the age of 71. Cherished daughter of the late Medford Webb and the late Norma Lynn; devoted mother of James Williams and Mellissa Hash; dear sister of Amber Webb, Sandi Santhuff, Charles Webb, the late Dee Nabors and the late Carolyn Arnall; treasured aunt of Billy Arnall, Kizzy Moree, Jesse Boyce, Justin Smith and many more nieces and nephews.

Sheila loved her dogs, Ziva, Karma, and Cujo, dearly. She enjoyed tending to her plants and watching ghost shows. Known for being social and outgoing, Sheila always made time to call and visit with her friends and family. She was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
