Garner, Seth T., of O'Fallon, Missouri, died on Tuesday, March 25, 2014 at the age of 25. Beloved son of Mark W. Garner and Penny L. Richardson; dear brother of Tony A. (Angela) Garner and Miles W. Garner; cherished grandson of Laverne Garner and Lou Peterson. Seth is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He is preceded in death by his paternal grandfather Arvel Garner, maternal grandfather Thomas C. King, and aunt Toni King.
Seth enjoyed camping, music, and spending time with his family and friends. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
Memorials may be made to the L.A. Dream Center or the Hubble Foundation.
