Sara Lammers

Sara Lammers (nee Pilkington), of O Fallon, MO, passed away Friday, February 11, 2022 at the age of 79. Beloved wife of Gary Paul Lammers; cherished daughter of the late Roswell and Charlotte Pilkington; devoted mother of Susan Maureen Lammers; dear sister of Maureen Pilkington, Fred (Marie) Pilkington, John Pilkington, the late Rosalyn Pilkington and the late Roswell E. Pilkington.

Sara was a devout catholic. She worked for Gary’s father in the motel business and later worked at McDonnell-Douglas until Susan was born and then her life was devoted to her. Sara loved Shakespeare and theatre in general. She loved all music especially Aaron Neville. Sara was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Memorials may be made in Sara's name to The Diabetes Foundation.
