Sandra Windish

Sandy Windish (nee Wiese), of Dardenne Prairie, MO passed away Saturday, February 25, 2023 at the age of 75.  Beloved wife of Robert Windish; former wife of Thomas Preis; cherished daughter of the late James and Jeannette Wiese; devoted mother of Melissa (Kurt) Lantz, Jason (Rachel Rice) Preis; dear sister of James Wiese and Sue (Rich) Knopf; sister-in-law of Susan Garrett, Jack (Susan) Windish, and Jeanine Rainey.

Sandy loved nature and animals. She could always be found in her flower gardens with a golden retriever in tow, or tending to her mass amounts of indoor plants.  She was always one to encourage with a kind word.  Sandy was also known for her cooking skills - especially her pies.  She was never one to refuse a good glass of wine or miss a Jimmy Buffett song. Sandy was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who had the pleasure of crossing paths with her.
