Welte, Sandra Rae, 73, formerly of Quincy, IL and Janesville, WI, was the loving daughter of the late Jacob and Alma Welte; mother of Lora Vielhuber, Pamela Hoops, Phil (Jennifer) Hoops, Jr., and Keith (Sandy) Hoops; grandmother of Melissa Kline, Andy Vielhuber, Mandy Kurtz, Danny Chitwood, Phil Hoops, III, Wesley Hoops, and Phillip Redenius; great-grandmother of Kylie Hoops, Ellie Hoops, Paityn Hoops, Sophia Kline, Morgan Chitwood, and Landon Chitwood; and sister of Jerry (Jan) Welte.
