McCormick Adams, Sally, of St. Charles, Missouri, died on Saturday, May 17, 2014 at the age of 80. Loving wife of John R. Adams; beloved daughter of the late Dr. James E. McCormick, MD and the late Lucille McCormick; devoted mother of Michael (Joan) Adams and Heather (Richard) Adams-Farrar; cherished grandmother of Anthony (Ashley), Adam, Amanda, Anna and Ainsley; treasured great-grandmother of Jillian, Ivy and Giovanni; dear sister of Woody K. Hunt and Richard McCormick. She is preceded in death by her brother Gordon (Polly) McCormick.
