Ruth Anita Sevick

Ruth Anita Sevick (nee Mueller), of Saint Peters, MO, passed away Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at the age of 102. Loving wife of the late Thomas Sevick; beloved daughter of the late Otto and Olga Mueller; devoted mother of Bruce (Peggy) Linn, Roger (the late Debra) Linn and Scott (Theresa) Linn; cherished Omom of Andrew (Sarah) Linn, Joshua (Grace) Linn, Rachel (Kaine) Gish, Tyler Linn, and Trevor (Megan) Linn; treasured Great-Omom of Greyson, Mollie, Marek, Sawyer, and Bennett; and dear sister of the late Robert Mueller. Ruth is also survived by her stepdaughters, Lail Tornetto and Jennifer (Dennis) Counts and their families.

Ruth was a faithful member of Immanuel Lutheran Church for many years, where she enjoyed participating in the Kitchen Band, currently a member of Holy Cross Lutheran Church in O’Fallon, Missouri. She dedicated over 30 years of service to Union Electric and valued the friendships she made throughout her career and at her book club. Ruth enjoyed bowling, spending time with family and friends, and staying active through her daily walks, exercise routines, and bike rides. Ruth was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Ruth's name to Tuition Assistance (Checks made out to Holy Cross Lutheran Church).
