Ruth Ann Kasper, 96, was the loving wife of the late Paul Kasper; beloved daughter of the late John & Martha Barklage; devoted mother of Carol (John) Lloyd, Betty (Jerry) Laneman, & Tom (Rose) Kasper; and cherished grandmother of 7 grandchildren & 14 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by two brothers & two grandsons. Ruth was a lifelong member of Immanuel Lutheran Church of St. Charles, the Ladies Aid, & the Extension Club. Memorials may be made to Immanuel Lutheran Debt Reduction.
