Dearest husband of 60 years to Nadine Dismuke NEE: Haynes; dear son of the late John and Lula Dismuke; devoted father of Renee (Peter) Bales and Norma (Randy) Combs; beloved grandfather of Jeff Combs, Devin Bain and Tanner Combs; dear brother of Richard and the late Henry and Goldie. Memorials may be made to Heartland Hospice.
