Carter, Russell L., of St. Charles, Missouri, died on Saturday, November 10, 2012 at the age of 67. Russell was the loving husband of Janie Carter (nèe: Triplett); dear son of the late Viola Crane; and beloved brother of Lher Carter and Sondra (Benny) Burns. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Five Acres Animal Shelter.
