Lockard, Ruby, of St. Peters, Missouri, died on Monday, October 6, 2008 at the age of 79. Dearest wife of the late William Arthur Lockard; dear daughter of the late Clyde and Josephine Spung; loving mother of Linda (Joe) Arnet, Rick (Joann) Lockard and Cindy (Steve) Marsh; beloved grandmother of Ryan, Pam, Sheri, Kelly, Jacob, Brett, Courtney, Melanie & Justin; dear sister of Betty Lou (Jack) McNabb and Dale (Martha) Spung. Also survived by her dear friends, Bob (Helen) Lane and Don Barlow. She was a member of New Hope Presbyterian Church and Eastern Star Beacon Chapter 256.
