Rothery, Rosemary "Romo", of O Fallon, Missouri, died on Tuesday, April 5, 2011 at the age of 87. Loving wife of the late Charles "Bud" Rothery; beloved daughter of the late Lloyd and Nora Woods; devoted mother of Kevin Rothery and Susan (Jeff) Allen. Rosemary is also survived by one step-sister, one sister-in-law, nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins and friends. Memorials may be made to any organization that benefits children.
