Rose Mary Ratliff (nee Koester), of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Wednesday, January 15, 2025, at the age of 84. Loving wife of the late Marvin Leroy Ratliff; beloved daughter of the late Joseph Bernard and Viola Koester; devoted mother of James (Amy) Ratliff, and Marva Ratliff; grandmother of Emily Blackden, Taylor Ratliff, Christien Daniels, and Savanah Ratliff; dear sister of five; and host to many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Memorials may be made in Rose's name to Veterans Affairs (VA.gov).
