Woltering, Rose Mary, of St. Charles, Missouri, died on Tuesday, September 10, 2013 at the age of 84. Loving wife of Richard Woltering; beloved daughter of the late Benjamin and Rose Mensing; devoted mother of Dale (Chris) Woltering, Karen Woltering, Linda Noble, Jim (Loretta) Woltering; cherished grandmother of Kelly, Ellen, Emmy, Jessie, Andy, Jake and Lindsay; treasured sister-in-law of Bernita Mensing, Rita Mensing and Roman Becker; Loving aunt, cousin and friend to many. She is preceded in death by her sister Alvina Becker, brothers Al and Vince Mensing, and son-in-law William Noble.
