Dear husband of Linda Schipper; devoted father of Greg Schipper, Shannon Shipper-Quistorff, Jerimiah Fisher. Julie Walton and Lisa Fisher; dear brother of Richard Schipper and Suzanne Gilbert. Mr. Schipper was a District Supervisor with the St. Charles County Highway Department for 28 years before his retirement and enjoyed hunting and fishing
