Beloved husband of Rubelle ’Ruby’ Meyer; loving father of Wanda Hughes (Timothy), and Sandra Long (Donald); Dear grandfather of Scott and Christina Long, and Jeffrey and Lisa Hughes; dear brother of Edgar Meyer (Doris) Preceded in death by parents, Gustave and Elizabeth Meyer and sister, Mabel Ridder Loving uncle cousin and friend. Mr. Meyer was a Board Member of Orchard Farm School District, Farm Bureau, and Orchard Farm Fire Department He had a love for farming and a special connection to his grandchildren. Roland was an avid fisherman and loved to go to dances with his wife.
