Roger Allen McNew

Roger Allen McNew, of Saint Peters, MO, passed away Sunday, October 18, 2026, at the age of 73. Cherished son of the late Katheryn and Karl McNew, Sr.; devoted father of Chad (Bianca) McNew and Rodney McNew; loving grandfather of Isabella McNew, Sophia McNew, Alessia McNew, and Colton McNew; dear brother of Shirley (Jack) Means and Robert (Ann) McNew. Roger is preceded in death by his three brothers, Karl McNew, Jr., Terry McNew, and Marlin McNew, and his sister, Rhonda Bubulz.

Roger was a fun-loving man with a wonderful sense of humor who loved telling stories and had an easygoing personality that made him easy to get along with. He enjoyed working on projects and building things, especially four-wheelers and motorcycles, and was always looking for ways to make things easier. Roger proudly served in the Army and later retired from Boeing. He had a deep love for nature and the country, enjoyed woodworking, and, in his younger years, loved taking his boat out at Mark Twain Lake and on the Mississippi River. He also enjoyed riding Harleys, admiring Corvettes, and attending concerts.

Above all, Roger was a loving and devoted grandpa who cherished spending time with his grandchildren, playing with them, and being an active part of their lives. He was always there for them, and the love he shared with them will forever be treasured. Roger was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
