TOPPINS, Roger Keith May 19, 2004 age 48; beloved husband of Wilka Toppins; dear son of Ralph W. Toppins (Shirley M.), dear father of Matthew Toppins and James Toppins; brother of Teri Bunkoske (Jacob), Sheri Flavin (Patrick), Patrick Toppins (Angela) and Michael Toppins (Catharine). He was also a dear nephew, uncle, cousin and friend. Mr. Toppins was a Corporate Attorney for SBC Communications in various locations. He was a member of the Missouri Bar Association, a law clerk for Judge Donnelly Chieft Justice, Supreme Court of Missouri and made Law Review University of Missouri at Columbia.
