Rodney “Dale” Smith

Smith, Rodney “Dale,” of O’Fallon, MO, died on Sunday, February 21, 2016, at the age of 67. Beloved husband of Linda Smith; cherished son of Pauline “Jenny” and the late Emmit Smith; devoted father of Rodney (Tina) Smith, Lynn Smith, and Walter (Shannon) Johnson; loving grandfather of Hayden, Tiffanie, Andrea, Tanner, Jett, Sydney, Sierra, and Cheyenne; treasured great-grandfather of Taylor, Corbin, Corynne, and Gio; dear brother of Diane Stubbert; loving uncle of Toni Stark and Zach Stubbert.

Dale enjoyed John Wayne movies, playing the guitar, and barbequing with his family and friends. His greatest joy was his family. Dale will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
