Foremost, Bob loved the Lord with all of his heart. Bob was an active member of Calvary Church in St Peters MO for over 50 years. Early in his church service Bob worked with the youth group and would continue to serve in many capacities including frequent board member.
Bob worked for Lou Fusz over 25 years and retired to begin working on staff at Calvary Church as an Administrative Pastor. His initial duties were to lead and develop the Stephens Ministry program; which focused on serving people in crisis. Bob was also asked to oversee the renovation and remodel of the Calvary Retreat Lake House in Camdenton. This quickly became a service of love for Bob as he continued to serve as the caretaker of the Retreat.
In his continued quest to be of maximum service to others Bob also served on the patient advisory boards for Barnes St Peters and SSM Cancer Center.
His hobbies included fishing and golf, classic cars and racecars. He was a huge fan of the St Louis Cardinals and traveling with his wife Pam.
He so loved his friends and just being around them. He was a master story-teller, a wiz at making people laugh and participating in general shenanigans. .
Bob adored his wife, deeply loved his children & grandchildren and was so proud of his family. He was greatly loved and will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
In lieu of flowers family would like donations made to the Calvary Church Food Pantry.
Private interment at a later date.
