Robert E. "Rob-Bob" Martin

Robert Edward Martin, of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Friday, March 6, 2026 at the age of 87. Beloved husband of the late Patricia Martin; cherished son of the late Frank and Ruby Martin; devoted father of Robyn (Bob) Mertens and Kelli Martin; loving grandfather of David (Ashley), Benjamin (Sienna), Robby, Teagan, Nicholas and Christopher; treasured great-grandfather of Chase, Emersyn, Otto, Edith, Ira and Milo; Robert is also preceded in death by his beloved duck hunting companion, Jezzy.

Robert enjoyed the simple pleasures of life—especially hunting, fishing, golfing, traveling, and spending time outdoors. He had a special love for fishing and duck hunting, passions that brought him many cherished memories over the years. Robert shared a special birthday bond with his great-grandchild, Milo, something he treasured deeply. He was also devoted to his beloved black lab, Jezzy, who was a constant companion. Robert was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
