Robert Lee Holliday

Robert Lee Holliday (Doc Holliday), of Saint Peters, MO, passed on Tuesday January 2, 2018 at the age of 81. Loving Husband of 58 years to the late Joyce Ann Holliday; beloved son of the late Joseph D. Holliday and Nellie F. Holliday, devoted father of Jennifer Hope (Jesse) Pringle, Elizabeth Ann (Joe Thomas) Holliday, Robert Keith (Teresa) Holliday, and Kathleen Frances (William F., III) Audrain; cherished grandfather of Amber Pringle, Amanda (Benjamin) Hamilton, Ashley (Brian) Betterly, Sarah Carter, Catherine Carter, John Carter, II, Emily Holliday, Joseph Holliday, Michael Holliday, Jon (Kayla) Vance, Brittany Walker, Jillian (Jonathan) Lafitte, Matthew Vance, and Nick (Danielle) Audrain; treasured great-grandfather of Ellie Hamilton, Andrew Hamilton, Brianna Betterly, Bella Betterly, Brooklyn Betterly, Sophia Koch, Jack Vance, Eden Audrain; dearest brother of Sally (William) Conriuex, Judy Holliday, Joseph (Linda) Holliday, Craig (Ladonna) Holliday and Paula (Jim) Robbers . Dear brother-in-law of Shelia, Joy and Jerrie Holliday.  He was preceded in death by his brothers Patrick Holliday, Page  Holliday and Dennis Holliday; and great-granddaughter, Shyanna Vance.

Robert served his country proudly in the United States Marine Corps. He retired from the United States Postal Service after 30 years. He was an avid golfer and had a great love of the game. Bob absolutely loved being a grandpa and loved being around his family. He was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
