Memorial contributions may be made to The Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. Beloved husband of Kathryn Ratcliff; dear son of Lyle T. Ratcliff and Marjorie B. Ratcliff; loving father of Gena Fish (Tim); proud grandfather of Ethan and Miranda Fish; dear brother of Garry, Ted, Monte and Patricia Ratcliff and Sandy Pepper; preceded in death by brother Joe Ratcliff. Mr. Ratcliff served in the United States Army Airborne during the Vietnam era.
