Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society. FRANKE, Robert Glenn "Bob", Winfield, Missouri, died Tuesday, December 25, 2007 at the age of 71; dearest husband of Beverly J. Kramer; devoted step father of Debbie (Kevin) O'Laughlin and Jolene Wilkins; beloved grandfather of Michael Jennings, Kristy (Frank) Thomas, Kasey O'Laughlin and Kory O'Laughlin; step-great-grandfather of Garrett, Logan and Kyla Thomas; dear brother of Louis (Betty) Franke, Carolyn (Gene) Stroker and Norma Ohnemas. He was a beloved uncle and friend. Bob was a Ship Builder in Mississippi; a member of Masonic Lodge #682, Winfield, MO, Eastern Star, Troy Chapter #405 and retired from the National Guard after 20 years of service.
