Allman, Sr., Robert F. "Bob", of St. Charles, Missouri, died on Monday, November 12, 2012 at the age of 77. Loving husband of Norma J. Allman (NEE: Gerst); beloved son of the late James F. and Ida H. (NEE: Voss) Allman; devoted father of Terri Loeffler, Robert (Lynne) Allman, Jr., Jenny (Rick) Meyer, Tom (Pat) Allman; Kenneth (Kelly) Allman; Julie (Noel) Bader; cherished grandfather of 17; treasured great-grandfather of 10; dear brother of Roy (Betty) Allman, Richard (Ann) Allman, Randall Allman, Joan (Dan) Callier and Janet Baumer; dear brother in-law of Barbara Allman and JoAnn Allman. He is preceded in death by his brothers James, Ronald and Ralph Allman. Bob was President and co-founder of R. Allman Brickwork. He instituted the masonry program at Lewis and Clark Career Center in St. Charles, and was the former President of the Mason Contractors Association of St. Louis. He was a member of Knights of Columbus. Bob was President of the Junior Baseball Association of St. Charles, and a winner of the Claude Jacobs Award. He also coached for the American Legion Baseball team. He was the secretary of O'Fallon Bowling league for over 40 years, and bowled a 300 game. He loved to golf and actually made a "hole in one". Bob was loved by many and will be greatly missed by all. Memorials may be made to The American Diabetes Association
