Phelps, Sr., Robert Eugene of Saint Charles, Missouri, passed away on Monday August 13, 2018, at the age of 56.
Cherished son of the late Albert E. and Elizabeth Phelps; devoted father of Robert E. Phelps, Jr. and beloved grandfather of Austin Phelps.
Robert was a steelworker in the commercial refrigeration industry and was employed with Hussman Corporation for 40 years. He was dearly loved and will be missed by all who knew him.
