Robert “Bob” Diefenbach

Diefenbach, Robert 'Bob', of Bridgeton, Missouri, passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by family on November 7, 2013, at the age of 70. Loving husband of Judy (Boehm) Diefenbach for 42 years; beloved son of the late William and Anna Diefenbach; devoted father of Melissa Benedict and Theresa (John) Mancini; cherished grandfather of Kaeli Benedict, Britini Benedict, Dominic Mancini, Avarie Mancini and Brooklyn Mancini; dear brother of Anna Mae Blackstock, Pauline Navarro, Frank Diefenbach and the late William Diefenbach, Eugene Diefenbach, Dolores Sweet, Elsie Diefenbach and James Diefenbach; dear son-in-law of Marilyn and the late Jack Mason; and is survived by many nieces, nephews and friends. Bob will be missed by all those who knew and loved him.
Bob retired from General Motors after 32 years. He was a member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church. He was an amateur photographer, enjoyed fishing and trains. He loved playing and snuggling with his beloved dog, JoJo. The most important thing in the world to Bob was his family and he loved spending time with them. His most cherished times were spent with his precious grandchildren.
