Robert C. “Bob” Unland

Unland, Robert C. "Bob", of St. Charles, Missouri, died on Thursday, April 25, 2013 at the age of 68. Loving husband of Ruth Ann Unland (NEE: Penrod); beloved son of the late Charles and Mary Belle Unland; devoted father of Robert Darren (Jolene) Unland, Kristi (James) Mahurin, and Melissa Routt; cherished grandfather of Morgan and Bethany Mahurin, Austin Maschmeier, and Hailey Routt; dear brother of Darlene (Ronald) Deck, Bill (Michelle) Unland, and Dorothy (Terry) Gohlson. He was employed at St. Charles Coop as a Manager for many years and most recently he worked at Huber Farms Inc. where he got to indulge in his childhood dream of farming. He was a member of Hope Lutheran Church and their Men's Club, the VFW, Archery Club, STL Bow Hunters, the NRA, and was a former long time member of the Elks Club. Bob loved hunting, farming, woodworking and traveling. Memorials may be made to Hope Lutheran Church Men's Group or St. Louis Bow Hunters.
