Lackey, Rita, of Sunset Hills, Missouri, died on Tuesday, December 30, 2008, at the age of 80. Devoted wife of Maurice L. Lackey; dear daughter of the late Oatha Goad and the late Edith Gilstrap; loving mother of Carolyne (Gary) Candrl and the late Gregory F. Lackey; cherished grandmother of Colleen Candrl, Stephanie (Ben) Aaron and Greg (Jen) Candrl. She was a homemaker and a 52 year member of Eastern Star. Memorials may be made to the St. Louis Lung Association.
