Richard P. Schneider

Richard P. Schneider, of Weldon Spring, MO, passed away Thursday, October 2, 2025, at the age of 92. Beloved husband Belle Schneider; cherished son of the late Erwin and Mildred Schneider; devoted father of Diane (Dennis) Bardle and Christine (Rick) Nost; loving grandfather of Lisa (Matthew) Ogden, Margaret "Maggie" (Blaine) Regan, Nicholas (Katy) Nost, Adam Schneider, and Jessie Nost; treasured great grandfather of Addison Ogden, Amelia Ogden, and Remington Regan.

Richard proudly and honorably served in the United States Military and was a faithful member of Zion Lutheran Church and a member of the Mr. And Mrs. Club at Hope Lutheran Church. A graduate of St. Louis College of Pharmacy. Richard went on to own and operate the Medicine Shoppe in Affton, the first of its kind west of the Mississippi. He and his beloved wife, Belle, shared a wonderful marriage of nearly 66 years. A Big Band music enthusiast, Richard began collecting records with his very first paycheck after college and continued adding to his collection throughout his life, finding great joy in playing his music even in his final days. Richard was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
