Richard Phillip Norden, Jr., of St. Charles, MO, passed away Tuesday, June 24, 2025, at the age of 91. Devoted son of Richard P., Sr. and Florida Norden; cherished father of Craig (Leigh Ann) Norden and Clayton Norden; loving grandfather of Brett Baker; dear brother of the late Barbara (the late Richard Morgan) Morgan.
Richard was a devoted outdoorsman, patriot, and beloved friend. He was a proud member of Safari Club International and lived a life deeply rooted in adventure and nature. A passionate game hunter and avid fisherman, Richard found great joy in the great outdoors. He held a private pilot license, often combining his love of flying with weekend getaways to one of his favorite places, the Klondike Valley Ranch, where he spent countless hours hunting, fishing, and enjoying the quiet beauty of nature.
Richard proudly served his country in the United States Army for two years, a chapter in his life that he carried with honor and quiet pride.
To those who knew him, Richard was more than his accomplishments. He was a kind soul with a generous heart, a storyteller with a sharp wit, and a man who brought strength and laughter into the lives of others. He was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who had the privilege to know him.
Richard’s legacy will live on through the memories he created, the friendships he forged, and the wild places he so deeply cherished. He was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
