Richard Heskel Skaggs

Skaggs, Richard Heskel of O’Fallon, Missouri, passed away on Tuesday, August 14, 2018, at the age of 83.
Devoted father of Eva Wright; loving grandfather of Shawn (Stephanie) Skaggs and William R. Morgan, treasured great-grandfather; beloved uncle and precious friend to many. Richard is preceded in death by wife Deanna M. Skaggs, his parents Heskel and Rosa Skaggs, his son Richard Michael Skaggs and his sister Evelyn Wisniewski.
Richard was a life-long member of Amvets Post 106. He worked for McDonnell Douglas for over 30 years. Richard enjoyed fishing and was a huge fan of Star Trek. He was dearly loved and will be missed by all who knew him.
