Richard Thomas Gebken

Richard Thomas “Tom” Gebken, of Florissant, MO, passed away Tuesday, March 17, 2026, at the age of 91. Beloved husband of Bobbie “Sue” Ford – Gebken; cherished son of the late Clarence and Helen Gebken; devoted father of Thomas Michael (Victoria L) Gebken, the late Geri Lynn Gebken, and the late William Scott Gebken; loving grandfather of Christopher Scott (Calli) Gebken, Victoria Blair (Nick) Self, Sarah Catherine (Alex) Hurt, and Nicole Roberts; treasured great grandfather of Lochlyn, Wells, and Knox Self, Cruz and Cove Gebken, and Olivia Roberts. Tom was also survived by Sue's children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren. Tom was preceded in death by his first wife, Mary Gebken and his four siblings.

Tom proudly and honorably served in the United States Coast Guard. He was also a member of the Telephone Pioneers. Tom was a wonderful Husband, Father, Grandfather, Great Grandfather, and Great Great Grandfather. He was an avid golfer, loved gardening, and was a great woodworker. He was a friend to everyone and an animal lover. Tom was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
