Rev. Ronald O. Nation

Nation, Ronald O. Rev., of St. Peters, MO, died on Tuesday, July 14, 2015, at the age of 82. Loving husband of Edna L. Nation; beloved son of the late Oree Nation and the late Virginia Nation Jones; devoted father of Cheryl Nation Lambeth, Gregory Nation and his wife Kayla, and Douglas Nation and his wife Shelley; cherished grandfather of Larissa Lambeth Chu and her husband Jason, Jessica Nation Schuster and her husband Colin, Cory Lambeth, Blake Nation, Luke Miller, and Trevor Nation; treasured great-grandfather of Henry James Chu; dear brother of Charlotte (nee: Jones) Hamm.
Ronald was an ordained minister of the United Pentecostal Church International for forty-eight years. He served as a pastor in Natchitoches, Louisiana for eighteen years, and also pastored in Ringgold, Louisiana. Ronald also served on the Planning and Zoning Commission in Natchitoches, Louisiana. He was a very charismatic and quick-witted man who knew no stranger. He was also a great husband and family man, who enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.
