Retha Marie Stout

Retha Marie Stout (nee Harrell), of St. Peters, MO, passed away Wednesday, September 16, 2026 at the age of 69. Beloved wife of 45 years to Larry Stout; cherished daughter of the late Malcolm and Isabelle Harrell; devoted mother of Allison (Tim) Ivancic, Andrew (Stefanie) Stout and David (Hannah) Stout; loving Granny of Adelaide Stout, Charles Stout, Max Ivancic and Clara Stout; dear sister of Myra Henry and the late David Harrell; loving sister-in-law of Jennifer Stout; beloved aunt, cousin and friend to many.

She was a florist who brought beauty to special events for many people. She was a quilter who left behind useful and beautiful keepsakes for family and friends. She worked at McClay Library and made the library a special place for many community members. She collected antiques and always made her home a welcoming place. Above all, her life was a demonstration of love. Her trust was in Jesus, and now she is present with Him.
