Raymond “Ray” Hill

Hill, Jr., Raymond "Ray", of Hazelwood, Missouri, died on Wednesday, January 26, 2011 at the age of 85. Loving husband of the late Shirley M. Hill; dear son of the late Raymond J. and Catherine Hill; devoted father of Michael J. Hill, Sandra R. (George) Newbauer, Pamela G. Anderson, Joan (Charles) During, and Teri L. Norton; cherished grandfather of 12, great-grandfather of 13, and great-great grandfather of 1. Ray was also loved by many nieces, nephews, and friends. He is preceded in death by his brother Irvin Hill, sister Catherine "Sis" Gardner, and great granddaughter Abigail Kleeschulte. Mr. Hill was a foreman at Comfort Printing Company for over 40 years. He proudly served in the U.S. Marines defending our country in WWII. He was also a member of the American Legion and enjoyed fishing and playing cards.
