Raymond L. Frazier, Jr.

Feb 24, 1935 — Jul 18, 2026

Wentzville, Missouri

Raymond “Ray” L. Frazier, Jr., of Wentzville, MO, asleep in Jesus, passed away Saturday, July 18, 2026 at the age of 91. Beloved husband of Shirley Frazier; cherished son of the late Raymond Luther Frazier, Sr., and the late Virginia Frazier; devoted father of Rick (Vicky) Frazier; loving grandfather of Amanda Frazier and Ryan Frazier.

Ray proudly served his country as a member of the United States Army before dedicating more than 30 years of his career to the electrical trade as a member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW). A hardworking and determined man, Ray approached everything he did with passion, drive, and unwavering dedication. He was far more than a "jack of all trades" when he set his mind to something, he often became a master of it.

Ray shared more than 67 wonderful years of marriage with the love of his life, Shirley. Together, they built a life filled with love, hard work, and shared passions. Among those passions was breeding Chow Chow dogs, an endeavor they enjoyed side by side for many years.

Ray also had a lifelong love for Mustang cars and took great pride in his membership with the IBEW. Dedicated to personal discipline and fitness, he spent many years training as a bodybuilder, bringing the same commitment and determination to that pursuit as he did to every aspect of his life.

Whether serving his country, excelling in his profession, pursuing his hobbies, or caring for his family, Ray lived with purpose and gave his best to everything he undertook. He was dearly loved and will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Memorials may be made in Raymond's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
