Raymond Bernard Abeln

Raymond Bernard Abeln, of Arnold, MO, passed away Sunday, June 28, 2026, at the age of 90. Beloved husband of the late Joan Marie Abeln; cherished son of the late Bernard and Anna Abeln; devoted father of Lynn (Steven) Abeln-Meyer, Timothy (Peggy) Abeln, Michael (Michelle) Abeln, Jeffrey (Lisa) Abeln, and Christine (Ronald) Lindsey; loving grandfather of Mitch, Kameron, Dan, Ben (Alex), Jack (Kaylee), Megan (Cedric), Courtney (Phil), Nick, Jason, Eve, and Jon, and loving great-grandfather of Harper, Rylee, and Charlie; dear brother of Donna (Gene) Hale, the late Pat (Bill) Olwig, and the late Larry (Jane) Abeln; precious in-law, uncle, cousin, and friend.

Raymond was an avid reader and a devoted sports fan who enjoyed following all types of sports. Above all, he cherished spending time with his family. Raymond was deeply loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Memorials may be made in Raymond's name to the Alzheimer’s Association.
