Beloved husband of Linda Ptak; loving son of the late William and Helen Ptak; cherished father of Elaine (Paul) Welch, Raymond (Kathleen) Ptak, Wanda (Roger) Beinhorn, Richard (Sherri) Ptak, Lynda (Marc) Joyce and William (Julie) Ptak; dear brother of Gregory Lazzaro, Lucille Sgroi, Mary Revette, Sharon Bauer and the late Eleanora Ptak and Gertrude Miklajcyk; proud grandfather of 16 and great-grandfather of 1; dearest brother-in-law, uncle and friend to many. Mr. Ptak was a supervisor and worked his way from the ground floor up with Corrugated Manufacturing Industry Nationwide for over 40 years.
