Barlow, Randy, 47, of St. Charles, Missouri, died on Thursday, June 9, 2011. Dear son of the late George and Rosalee Barlow; cherished brother of Ricky (April) Barlow, Linda (Moe) Phillips, Kathy (Dan) Piel, Mary (Lance) Black, George (Sherry) Barlow, Jr., James (Cathy) Barlow, and Judith (Jim) Massman; prized uncle of 12 nieces and 7 nephews. He is also survived by a host of great nieces and nephews, friends and other relatives.
