Randal Bernard Prinster, of Wentzville, MO, passed away on Wednesday, July 2, 2025, at the age of 70. He is survived by his devoted wife of 44 years, Cynthia “Cindi” Prinster; his children, Stephanie (Mike) Weicht, Randy (Ashley) Prinster, Jr., and Ashley Bodwell; his cherished grandchildren, CJ (Cyndee) Donnell, Logan Prinster, Cameren Jansen, Dylan Prinster, and Ellie Bodwell; his brother, Kent Prinster; brothers-in-law, Rick Amos and Ray Baker; sisters-in-law, Debi Scronce and Tami (Allen) Hance; and many loving cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends. Randy was known for his love of BBQ—he wasn’t just a BBQ guy, he was a connoisseur who found joy in cooking for his loved ones and always made sure to send everyone home with a to-go box. He enjoyed countless hours at the lake, especially fishing with his tight-knit, invite-only fishing club, and treasured his time out on his bass boat. Randy also loved golfing, took meticulous care of his yard, and was a proud member of Painters Union 1156. His grandchildren were the light of his life, and he beamed with pride at the families his children had built. Randy’s contagious laugh, unforgettable smile, and generous heart made a lasting impact on everyone who knew him. He was dearly loved and will be greatly missed.
